L'esperienza parte dalla prenotazione ,una voce dolcissima che con cura e attenzione si preoccupa anche di eventuali intolleranze e/o allergie.Arriviamo al locale , una piccola chicca nel centro di Giaveno, uno stile caldo e accogliente essenziale ma PERFETTO... Locale ben curato , ambiente rilassante con la giusta musica di sottofondo... La ragazza è dolcissima, presentissima ed elegante ma non invadente sempre con il sorriso; ed uno Chef con le stesse caratteristiche e l'amore per la cucina negli occhi.. È stato tutto perfetto, ovviamente il cibo è STRAORDINARIO, un viaggio nei sapori ricercati e di altissimaaa qualità...L'abbiamo scelto per il nostro anniversario ma dopo questa ESPERIENZA sicuramente ritorneremo per altre splendide occasioni! Lo chef è davvero molto bravo, capace di valorizzare ogni ingrediente. Tra i miei preferiti il Summer_riso al sapore di mare e il Rossini del Radix, un filetto di manzo tenero e succoso. Consiglio assolutamente di concludere con il dolce allo yuzu: fresco e raffinato. Un’esperienza che merita! ”

Sono stata a cena con un'amica lunedì scorso dopo tanto tempo che volevamo provare questa chicca del nostro paese. Conoscevamo già Riccardo, avendo anche noi attività nello stesso settore a Giaveno, ma ci mancava assaggiare le sue creazioni. Che dire? Favoloso. Servizio discreto, gentile e simpatico, la cameriera ti fa sentire immediatamente a tuo agio. Le portate sono curatissime, con abbinamenti di sapori e di colori sorprendenti e piacevolissimi. Sicuramente una cucina molto ricercata, mai banale e divertente da assaggiare. Ero sicura che sarebbe stata un'esperienza da ricordare, ed avevo ragione. Il prezzo è più che adeguato al livello dei piatti proposti. Riccardo è stato un padrone di casa attento e gentile e merita davvero che passiate da Radix! Serena e Cinzia ”
